The Harvest Experience (R190 per person) includes the vineyard and cellar tour as well as wine tasting. It takes about 90 minutes and is available from Tuesdays to Sundays at 10: 00 and 15:

Perfect for running, I love this hat.

This hat is perfect for running in, it's very light weight and breathable so it doesn't get annoying or hot when you're running in the sun. It's easy to clean, just a quick hand wash in the sink and it's dry in 30 minutes. I have a very big head and it's fits me great. If you have a very small head it might be a bit big.
